We are committed to serving the needs of our customers. As your satisfaction is extremely important to us, please carefully review the information outlined below, and then contact our Customer Service Department based on these instructions so that we may promptly address your needs.

Please ensure that you have followed the product instructions carefully before deciding that your Jiggler is faulty. Many people do not shake the hose fast enough to get the flow going and then think that the Jiggler is broken!

Product Return Policy

If there are any problems with the quality or workmanship of your purchase, we will repair or replace the item to your satisfaction. With our easy exchange and return policies, we'll make sure you are completely satisfied.

Lifetime Guarantee: We are so confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of the Super Jigglerâ„¢ 1/2" siphoning pump that we offer a money back guarantee. If this product doesn't work for you, we will return your money or replace it. You can make a refund/replacement request through our Customer Service Department at any time. This applies only to product in it's original packaging; there is no refund on bulk pumps.

Please note the following:

1. Shipping fees are not refundable.
2. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.
3. We cannot accept returns if there are Customs, Duty or Shipping Fees owing. These fees must be paid by you in advance before you ship your return to us.
4. There may be a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the total order (including taxes and shipping costs).

*All damaged product claims will be carefully reviewed in an attempt to reduce fraudulent claims. In other words, Returned parcels requiring an exchange or refund will only be accepted providing that you have received your Return Parcel Code in advance of sending the parcel back to us.

Please follow the steps below.

1. Email our Customer Service Department at CSD in order to receive an approved, Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please label your email subject line, "Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Number." In the body of your email, please include your (a) full contact information, including your first and last name and/or company name, (b) order number,(c) purchase date, (d) telephone, (e) email address, (f) shipping address and (g) the reason for the return, providing a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device and/or any of its components. All of these information entries are required for processing your request.
2. Within 72 hours of our receipt of your email, our Customer Service Department will review the information you have provided, and email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please do not send any product to us unless and until you have received your RMA#. Once you have received your RMA#, please securely package the product, and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA#. You must send your parcel via a method that will give you a tracking number so that we can both keep things honest.
3. Once our Customer Service Department has received the product you have returned, we will then send you a confirmation email indicating our receipt of same, and our email to you will include an estimated time of delivery of your replacement Jiggler product and/or components.

Please allow us seven to twenty-one business days, from the date we receive your parcel back at our Canadian Distribution Center, to process your refund. If you have paid by means of a check or money order, a check will be issued to you within seven to twenty-one business days from the date your parcel was received at our Distribution Center.
